Cruz Soto had just caught a starfish on the 1/2 day boat City of Long Beach when he decided to show the curious creature to a group of kids. Then Soto had another idea. He put the starfish on his son's head as a practical joke.
Little did Soto know that the angry starfish would latch on and take a patch of his kids with him. Must see Phil Friedman Production Video.
