Excellent barracuda fishing again this morning near Todos Santos Islands as well as along the Northern Baja coast after a very good weekends fishing for the spring gamefish.
"Limits of barracuda for a Sunday," reported Mike Slater, Captain of the Gamefisher Ensenada.
"We saw big bird schools of barracuda for a good part of the day and they wanted to bite." Slater said that the best way to take the barracuda was on blue and white lures. There were also several spots of yellowtail chasing bait around but they were, for the most part reluctant to bite.
Water temperatures are now over 60 degrees and the Baja weather forecast is for calm seas for the next week.
