A passenger became ill on the Native Sun out of Long Beach Sportfishing last night on a Fishing with Phil Twilight Trip. The man complained of numbness in his fingers, had been throwing up, and was clearly seasick.
Captain Gabriel Ceballos alerted authorities of his dilemma and a rescue boat was dispatched. Phil Friedman Outdoors was there to record exclusive footage for you. You'll see the passenger extracted from the Native Sun allowing the Fishing with Phil group to head back for some great twilight sand bass action.
The passenager was taken off the boat safely and great fishing ensued thanks to the great crew on the Native Sun.
